How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
Once your upload is processed and payment confirmed, your test enters the queue immediately. Testers are assigned within 2 hours and have 48 hours to submit their report.
Who are the testers?
All testers are vetted individuals who have passed our application process. We verify their devices, locations, and test at least 3 sample apps before they enter the active pool.
Do bundles expire?
No. Bundle tests never expire. Use them whenever you ship a new version.
Can I request a specific type of tester?
On Team Test and Deep Audit you can specify preferences: age range, country, device type, or use case. We match best-fit testers.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
If a report is incomplete or doesn't follow the brief, we'll assign a replacement tester at no extra cost.
