Do I need an account?
No account is required for the Health Check, Rejection Database, or APK Analyzer. You provide your email when submitting an app for testing so we can send you the report.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept APK, AAB, IPA, APPX, APK+OBB bundles, and ZIP files for web apps. Maximum file size is 500MB.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
Once your upload is processed, your test enters the queue immediately. Testers are assigned within 2 hours and deliver their report within 48 hours.
Who are the testers?
All testers are vetted individuals who have passed our application process. We verify their devices, locations, and test sample apps before they enter the active pool.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
If a report is incomplete or doesn't follow the brief, we'll assign a replacement tester at no cost.
